First day!

Sooooo first off, we were really looking forward to posting a video tonight but after getting back we have absolutely no energy to do so......apologies:/  But with the little strength i have, i am proud to share with you a brief synopsis of our day.

The 18th (yesterday): Well The family met Grandma and i at the airport at 1:15pm (we just got back from a week in Arizona visiting family). For some reason (still not sure why) we all decided to hang out in Portland till our flight to Florida which left at 10:30...pm! I think we were just really excited to get to Disney World. After hours of filling our time with looking around the mall and the furniture store IKEA (which is a really nifty place....i recommend it to anyone!) We finally made it to New York, where we had a 1 hour delay, to Florida; we ended up arriving at 3pm the next day (the 19th). Needless to say, it was a LONG 24ish HOURS!

Then, at precisely 4:32:45 we entered (drum roll) DISNEY WORLD!!!! And boy as soon as we got through the gate we were off! We went to the Pirates of the Caribbean, Thunder Mt. Railroad, Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, etc.... The evening ended with Disney's incredible firework show at Cinderella's castle (and just for clarification, Sleeping Beauty's castle is in DisneyLand and Cinderella's castle is in DisneyWorld.
